The Columbia Chamber of Commerce is delighted to announce the much-awaited Small Business Fest on September 19, where we will come together to support and showcase over 40 incredible local small businesses. This festival promises to be an exciting day filled with family entertainment, a lovely beverage garden, fantastic giveaways, and an opportunity to explore the diverse offerings of our city's small business community.
What to Expect at Small Business Fest:
Family Entertainment: Bring the whole family along for a day of fun! We've got a fantastic lineup of entertainment planned, with activities for all ages. From live music to games and activities, there will be something to keep everyone entertained throughout the day.
Beverage Garden: For our adult attendees, we have a special treat in store – a vibrant beer garden featuring a selection of local craft brews. It's the perfect spot to relax, socialize, and toast to the entrepreneurial spirit that drives our small business owners.
Giveaways: Who doesn't love free goodies? Small Business Fest attendees will have the chance to participate in exciting giveaways with fantastic prizes up for grabs. Don't miss out on the opportunity to take home some awesome treats!
Showcase of Local Small Businesses: Discover the incredible diversity of businesses that call Columbia home. From unique artisan products to innovative services, you'll find a wide array of offerings at the booths of over 40 local small businesses. This is an excellent chance to show your support and learn more about the entrepreneurs who put their hearts and souls into their ventures.
Booth Registration Details:
For small business owners looking to showcase their products and services at the festival, booth registration is now open! Don't miss this chance to gain exposure, make connections, and engage with the Columbia community. Each booth costs $125 dollars, and the registration deadline is September 6th at 5:00 PM. Space is limited and you must be a Chamber member, so be sure to secure your spot early to avoid disappointment.
Valid Business License: Please make sure that you have a valid Business License for your booth. If you do not yet have one, we encourage you to reach out to the Business License Office at the City of Columbia. They can provide you with the necessary information and assistance. You can visit their website at Business License Office or contact them at 573-874-2489.
Electricity Requirements: If you require access to electricity for your booth, please let us know at your earliest convenience. We want to ensure that we can accommodate your needs and provide a seamless setup for you.
Sales Information: It would be helpful for us to know if you plan on selling anything from your booth. This information is crucial for our coordination with the city and to ensure compliance with regulations.
