DESCRIPTION:The Membership Development Committee offers monthly topics focused on developing our new and established members.\n\n \n\nAre you interested in joining Women's Network? Have you been a member for just a few weeks and don't know where to start? Have you been a member for years but never truly got involved and made the connections you had hoped for? Let us help! Join us and learn how to make the most of your Women's Network Membership!\n\nMarch's topic will focus on Professional Development Opportunities within Women's Network. Membership Development is inviting representatives from both the Monthly Program Committee and the Leadership Development Roundtable to attend the March meeting. The Monthly Program Committee works hard to bring in valued speakers and topics for our monthly luncheons. The Leadership Development Roundtable discusses monthly topics that aide in professional development\, personal development and community awareness. Learn about what these committees need help with and what they have to offer you during the first half of 2020. We can't wait to see you there!\n\nEach Membership Development meeting focuses on a different aspect of the Women's Network. We encourage all members\, long-time and new\, to attend any meeting that you can and learn about everything that Women's Network has to offer! Different committees' co-chairs will come and speak to attendees about their committees\, as well as how to get involved and what you can do with your membership.\n\nThe Membership Development Committee strengthens existing relationships with current members\, previous Women's Network leadership\, as well as all potential and new members. Committee activities include hosting New Member Welcomes events\, greeting guests at monthly luncheons\, reaching out to new members and coordinating the Experience Women's Network (XWN) program\, which is a membership recruiting/retention tool and platform for ongoing communication.
