They use the improv methods pioneered on their stages to help people improve their performance. They deliver a firsthand experience to help participants internalize better ways to communicate\, collaborate and innovate - all while building comfort with risk and change.\n\n\n\nDescription of Program: Today's leaders navigate a volatile\, uncertain\, complex and ambiguous landscape. We must often manage situations and changes even though we don't know exactly how they'll unfold. It's much the same at The Second City: When we're improvising a scene on stage\, we have no idea how it will end or even what the next line of dialogue will be. That's where a "yes\, and" mindset comes in. Second City will share ideas and skills that empower you with the skills needed to remain flexible\, agile\, and others' focused\, while still asserting your own needs. \n\n\n\nAdvance registration is required.
