Running the restaurant taught her how to persevere as an entrepreneur.\n\nAfter 15 years\, she sold her restaurant business and simultaneously created and sold an online business dedicated to travel and dining. She went on to receive her additional coaching certifications over the next two years. She is certified in health and wellness\, relationships\, business coaching\, and general life coaching. Sarah also has a private coaching practice focused on helping clients set custom goals and achieve them. Sarah Cyr Coaching\, LLC.\n\nSarah's passion for coaching can be traced back to law school\, where she received her J.D. Her concentrations in law were competing on the negotiation team and specializing in mediation. Helping clients come to a resolution so they could move forward in life was her first lesson in coaching. Prior to law school she also received her BA in psychology at Central College in Fayette\, where she studied pre-law and business. Looking back\, that was the time in her life where she learned that helping people achieve more is a skill and a passion. Whether looking to improve their health\, their life\, or their business\, clients thrive in one on-one sessions. After coaching\, clients often report back saying things like\, "This changed everything for me\, I am so thankful\," or "I feel like I struck gold\," and "I didn't know this was possible."\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAdvance registration is appreciated.
