As is tradition for this event\, Columbia businesses host a table for $200 for \;four of their employees to enjoy a dinner with \;four members of the Boone County agricultural community. \; Businesses also have a basic sponsorship opportunity\, $100 for \;two of their employees and \;two members of the agricultural community. This year’s banquet will be held on Tuesday\, March 15\, 2016 at Hilton Garden Inn. The evening consists of \;entertainment\, fellowship and networking as well as \;the presentation of \;the $1\,000 Don Day Agribusiness &\; Bioscience Scholarship to a Boone County high school senior\, recognition of the 2016 Agriculturalist of the Year\, and honoring our Friend of Youth award recipients.
